Brunch!

I love brunch.  I’m not sure if it is because it is the perfect time for a meal or because it’s a casual meal with friends or simply because brunch is usually on the weekend.

I made these bacon, eggs & bacon cookies and think they are a perfect addition to my favorite meal.
